New appointment

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dimitri Georgoulas CPA, CA, as our new President and Chief Executive Officer effective as of January 1, 2021. The appointment marks a new chapter in our company’s history as we embark on an ambitious global expansion.

Pandeli Siounis, the founder of Mr. Puffs, will continue on as Chairman of the Board and will oversee the marketing efforts as well as product development in his role as Chief Marketing Officer, and in partnership with the other Executive Board members, Tom Bountis (COO) and Jimmy Nikolidakis (CPO).

In welcoming Dimitri to his new role, Pandeli stated: “We have very bold aspirations here at Mr. Puffs.
